More than $2 million raised on NDSU Giving Day — Bottineau Schools news

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) North Dakota State University got nearly $2 million from more than 1,700 donors on NDSU Giving Day on Tuesday. The event unites the Bison community around a shared commitment to student success, academic excellence, research, athletics and campus programs. The money will help fund scholarships and strengthen academic and research programs. Giving Day is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when the NDSU community comes together, NDSU Foundation Vice President of Trustee, Alumni, and Donor Relations said. We re grateful to every donor, advocate, volunteer, faculty and staff member, and campus partner who helped make this year s Giving Day a success. Every gift represents someone choosing to invest in NDSU and the opportunities for students. Gifts were directed to a wide range of colleges, departments, scholarships, student organizations and university initiatives.
